Starting as a file clerk, Michelle quickly transitioned to becoming Tom’s right hand. Now in her role as an executive assistant, she has taken on more responsibilities as well as an active role in managing the office’s day-to-day operations.

Before starting her real estate career, Lisa owned and operated a successful retail business in San Carlos for 25 years. She began working for Tom 15 years ago as a bookkeeper, and transitioned to property manager while earning her Broker license. Although she runs her own Brokerage—Eckert Realty, she can usually be found at Carey Realty bossing everyone around.

Lisa graduated from College of San Mateo with an A.S. in Business Administration.

Personal Information
Lisa enjoys spending her spare time with her family—husband, Danny; and daughters, Danielle and Hailey. She also enjoys cooking, family trips, singing, and swimming.
